Brian Kaluzny - Superintendent of Parks
R. Brian Kaluzny has been superintendent of the park’s district since 1993. A native of Pennsylvania, Brian earned his Master’s Degree from West Virginia University and has been managing parks and recreation facilities for more than 37 years. He and his wife Glenda, live in Clarksville and raised their two sons in our community. Brian is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional by the National Recreation and Parks Association. He was also named the Indiana Parks and Recreation Association's "Outstanding Professional" in 2015. *CPR & AED Certified
BJ Nelson Lynton - Assistant Superintendent of Parks
BJ Nelson Lynton was hired as Recreation Director in 1998 and was recently promoted to Assistant Superintendent. She is a graduate of Jeffersonville High School and earned a Bachelors Degree in Communication and an Associates Degree in Recreational Leadership from Indiana University Southeast. She lives in Clarksville with her husband Jamie Lynton. BJ is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional by the National Recreation and Parks Association. She is also a Certified Aquatic Facility Operator.

Ken Conklin - Communications Director
Ken Conklin joined the Parks Department in the fall of 2013. He graduated from Murray State University in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Media and a Minor in Recreation and Leisure Services. Ken is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional by the National Recreation and Parks Association, and is CPR and AED certified.
Ken was also named to Business Source Magazine's "Top 20 under 40" list of business professionals in 2016. He was also named the Indiana Parks and Recreation Association's "Exceptional Young Professional" in 2016. Ken lives in Clarksville with his wife Kelly, and their two children Meredith and Logan. *CPR & AED Certified
Nathan Kane - Programming & Aquatics Director
Nathan joined the Parks Department in 2017 after spending several years working for the US Baseball Academy. Nathan was born and raised in Clarksville, and attended Clarksville High School. He graduated from the University of Louisville in 2016 with a degree in Sports Administration. Nathan is the lead coordinator for all Clarksville Parks recreational programs throughout the year, and manages the Clarksville Cove Family Aquatic Center during the summer months.
Natalie McLochlin - Office Manager
Natalie has been working for the Town of Clarksville since 2006, but joined the Clarksville Parks Department in 2015. Born and raised in Clarksville, Natalie is a graduate of IU Southeast, but she is a HUGE Louisville Cardinals fan. She lives with her husband Ayron and daughter Blaire. When you call the Parks Office to reserve a shelter or to register a program, Natalie will most likely be the voice on the other end of the line. She is always eager to help our residents!
Willie Liter - Park Maintenance Foreman
Willie joined the Parks Department staff in the winter of 2014. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech with Associates Degree in HVAC and Certificate in Industrial Maintenance. He has over 15 years of HVAC and maintenance experience. He is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Certified Playground Safety Inspector(CPSI), Pesticide Applicator, CPR/AED, and recently finished a 2 year Parks and Maintenance Management School through NC State and NRPA. He and his wife Kristie have two boys Noah and Jonah.
Louis Bronson - Golf Course Superintendent
Louis began working for the Clarksville Parks Department in 1997 after spending several years in the golf course maintenance industry. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors Degree in Technical Horticulture and Turf Management. Louis lives in Clarksville with his wife Jeanette.
Mark Cappola - PGA Golf Professional
Mark Cappola was hired in 1995 as our Head Golf Professional at Wooded View Golf Course. He has been a PGA member for 25 years, and enjoys teaching golf to area residents. He also enjoys running is our annual Junior Golf Clinic which is held each summer. Mark earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida, while on an athletic scholarship playing golf for the Gators. Mark lives in Clarksville with his wife Vicki and their two boys Nick & Tony.
Megan Striegel - Summer Intern
Megan Striegel was selected as the 2017 Summer Intern for the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department. She currently attends Clemson University, and is pursuing a degree in Graphic Communications. She is already performing well in her first year, earning a spot in Alpha Lambda Delta, a certified national honor society that recognizes academic excellence in the first year at a college or university. Megan graduated from Floyd Central High School, and was a member of the Floyd Central Golf Team.
