This course introduces the complimentary Chinese arts
of Qigong and TaiChi. Qigong provides the foundation of balance and energy movement
that is used in the art of TaiChi Chuan. Both arts use a series of gentle movements
to open up the body's energy channels and balance the flow of bio-energy or Qi
(pronounced "chee"). The movements reduce stress and have been shown
to improve virtually every area of physical, mental and emotional health. Two
simple routines are taught - The Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong and TaiChi Hun
Yuan Chuang. These compact routines are easier to learn and allow participants
to experience benefits more quickly than with longer routines. Participants should

As with all our trips, the coach will only pick up and drop off at the Clarksville Town Hall, 2000 Broadway. Please park and board in the parking lot closest to Progress Way. The escort will be picked up in the rear of the Town Hall. The coach will pick up passengers in the front of the building in the parking lot.
Payment is due by the deadline as indicated for each individual trip. There is a $5 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to trip date. After that, no refunds will be issued. All transportation is provided by American Coach Deluxe Bus Lines. For safety purposes, no portable oxygen tanks are permitted on trips that require bus travel. More than 240 artifacts recovered
from the wreckage of the Titanic will be included in an exhibit at the Indiana
State Museum. We will receive a boarding pass representing an actual passenger
on the ill-fated 1912 voyage and will tour the exhibit as that passenger, including
visits to a re-created first-class cabin and a third-class cabin and hallway.
We will also have free time for viewing the other museum exhibits and free time
and shopping at Circle Center Mall. Cost includes deluxe motorcoach travel and
admission to the museum.

us as we hike the trails of Lapping Park. Will take place rain or shine. Wear
your hiking shoes for this moderate 3-mile hike. Led by Brian Vance, Volunteer

North, and take a short tractor-drawn hayride through the park
Hop on
one of the fall harvest hay wagons for a journey through Lapping Park! When the
tractor stops at Endris Lodge, hop off, because that's where you can warm up to
the campfire and sing songs with campfire singers Cameron and Molly. Join us at
6:30 for an "Owl Prowl" where we will take a short hike while looking
and listening for owls. Hot dogs, s'mores kits, soft drinks and hot chocolate
will be sold inside the Lodge.
MEGA CAVERNS - LIGHTS UNDER LOUISVILLE

The Louisville MEGA Cavern will be transformed into
an underground holiday light spectacular. We will enjoy a 30-40 minute tram ride
through part of 17 miles of underground passageways, which will feature double
the lighted displays from last year with triple the animation. It's a great way
to get in the spirit this holiday season, so join us and enjoy the sights and
sounds of Lights under Louisville! Cost includes deluxe motorcoach travel and
the tram ride. We will receive a 10% discount in the gift shop. Dress warm for
